Returns Policy

Eligibility: Unused, undamaged glass decor in original packaging may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs) or store credit.

  • Customized Items: Non-returnable unless defective (e.g., cracks, chips, incorrect engraving).
  • Process: Contact support at service@okpshg.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number; ship returns to our China warehouse within 20 days of RA approval (return shipping costs borne by the customer).
  • Refunds: Processed within 10-20 days of receiving your return; funds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive broken or damaged glass, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or full refund once the item is received.
